INGREDIENTS
- Moong Sprouts 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp (as per taste)
- Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbs
- Tomato chopped 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala ½ tsp
PROCESS
1. In a pan, cook on low heat moong sprouts, ginger, salt and chilli powder in ¼ cup water till water evaporates and sprouts become tender. Take
out in a bowl.
2. Add chopped onion and tomato, lemon juice and chaat masala and toss.
